Duties and Responsibilities of PPID

DUTIES OF THE UNRI PPID:

Planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating the implementation of information and documentation service and processing activities at RIAU University, supported by the Implementing Information and Documentation Management Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNRI PPID:

a. Collecting public information within RIAU University;
b. Disseminating public information obtained from all work units within RIAU University;
c. Conducting public information testing to determine whether it falls into the category of exempt information;
d. Providing and delivering open public information services;
e. Resolving information service disputes.

DUTIES OF THE IMPLEMENTING PPID (UNIT):

Planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating the implementation of information and documentation service and processing activities at each Faculty/Unit/Institution, supported by the Implementing Information and Documentation Management Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IMPLEMENTING PPID (UNIT):

a. Collection of public information in the Faculty of Engineering;
b. Dissemination of public information obtained from all work units in the Faculty of Engineering;
c. Implementation of public information testing to determine whether it falls into the category of exempt information;
d. Provision and delivery of open public information services;
e. Resolution of information service disputes.
